Modernization of American University’s Katzen Gallery space. A curved movable partition is the centerpiece of the 14,500 SF project, allowing the gallery to reconfigure the space as necessary for various exhibition types and events. The project includes a new reception, exhibition gallery, and an intimate reading area and lounge. Custom lighting was configured to provide additional flexibility to how artwork is displayed, and the space is used.
